(Pajhwok): Afghan Taliban
on Wednesday aounced the group would dispatch high level delegation Pakistan
to discuss issues on both sides of the Durand Line
.
Taliban said in a statement: “Afghanistan
shared a long border with Pakistan, both countries have close relation, a huge volume of bilateral trade and more important a large number of Afghans lived as refugees there, therefore, the political office of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Qatar decided to send a high level delegation to Islamabad to discuss these issues.”
The delegation had been assigned to talk with Pakistani officials on matters related Afghan refugees, tensions on the Durand Line and discuss the release of Mullah
Bradar Akhund and several other prisoners, the statement said
Taliban hoped the visit of its delegation would be fruitful for both sides and produce positive result at the end.
