KABUL (Pajhwok): Unidentified armed men broke into the office of Shamshad Television chael in the capital Kabul and opened fire on security guards on Tuesday, eyewitnesses said.

An eyewitness who wished to go uamed told Pajhwok Afghan News that a number of armed men entered to the TV office and opened fire on security guards following by hand grenade explosions around 11am today.

He said that gun fires were still ongoing in the TV office. Two people who were injured in the incident have been shifted to hospital so far, the source said.

The eyewitness had no more information about casualties.
