KABUL CITY (Pajhwok): Wolesi Jirga (WJ) -- lower house of parliament -- on Saturday decided to summon members of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of Constitution (ICOIC) to brief lawmakers on the third presidential decree on election reforms.
