MAIMANA (Pajhwok): Three people including Noor Mohammad, a local uprising commander were killed and 10 others wounded, as a result of clashes between Afghan Local Police (ALP) and local uprising, in the Qaisar district of northweste Faryab province on Sunday, an official said.
